Sonia is an MSc qualified Occupational Psychologist who supports clients to deliver their organisational strategy through their people. Her clients span both public and private sectors and she has delivered change across all levels of an organisations. Sonia’s particular focus is leadership development to support cultural change, which is a key part of her role as HR Controller at Jewers over the past six years
