Chief Financial Officer

Clive is a Chartered Accountant - trained and qualified with a Big Four firm in London - with over 30 years in industry and commerce, initially with larger corporations but more recently with SMEs. Clive has been Chief Executive of two public companies and Finance Director of several private companies: covering the consumer goods, technology, software and support services sectors. His considerable corporate finance experience includes raising equity, debt and working capital funding, as well as leading on a number of completed acquisitions and disposals. In addition to his role as Financial Controller at Jewers Grain, Clive is also part-time Chief Executive of Colchester Community Stadium Limited (a large hospitality venue and football stadium), plus a part-time Finance Director for growing entrepreneurial SMEs through The FD Centre Limited.
