Tim Wade

Tim has owned and headed a variety of businesses, ranging in scale from several thousand employees, to small companies with just a small team. He was Group CEO and a major shareholder in one of the UK’s leading specialist engineering companies, listed on the London Stock Exchange. As a result, Tim has strong UK and International business building experience - his previous company winning the Queens Award for Export. In this role he honed his skills in asking the questions that matter of senior managers around the world and of ensuring that well developed strategies are in place, acted on and measured against Having retired, Tim is now an active farmer and an angel investor, working with management teams to define and achieve corporate objectives. As Chairman of Jewers Grain Tim is helping the management team drive business investment and growth, through a combination of vision, strategy, innovation, service quality and delivery.
